Officer Qualifications

Security Officers hired by NWI Security are required to have prior experience as a police officer or two years’ experience in the security field to obtain a position within the company. Training, refresher courses, and firearms practice are on-going. Rank and pay are in direct correlation to time on the job and performance.

Officers can be easily identified by a name tag and badge when in uniform. They can be an obvious presence or an unobtrusive presence. They are trained to provide high-quality, competent, reliable services and conduct activities according to these guiding principles:

Our Expectations

All of our officers meet high-level expectations set by NWI Security. They are trained to deal with a wide variety of stressful situations and know how to obtain immediate backup if the need arises. All Officers are required to maintain excellent grooming habits and a strict dress code is enforced. They have completed all the courses listed below as well as new training classes as they become available.
